Enable Health Co was born from a simple belief: young people deserve support that truly understands their world.
Through our work with young people, we saw a common challenge. During major life transitions like finishing school, starting work, becoming parents, or exploring their identity, many get caught between child and adult services in the NDIS and Medicare systems. The right support is often missing when it is needed most.
We also recognised how closely mental and physical health are connected. Movement can lift mood, reduce anxiety, and build confidence, yet it is rarely offered alongside mental health support. We knew there had to be a better way.
Based on the Sunshine Coast, our team of mental health occupational therapists and personal trainers came together to create something different. We provide evidence-based therapy, movement, and community connection in a holistic approach designed specifically for 15 to 30 year olds, supporting the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Enable Health Co exists to bridge the gap, empower young people, and help them build a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and true to who they are.
We’re a neurodiversity-affirming service that puts sensory needs, predictability, acceptance, communication, and empathy at the heart of everything we do.

Jenna Morgan
Mental Health Occupational Therapist & Personal Trainer
I have over 10 years of experience supporting young people aged 15 to 30 across Queensland and Victoria, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a life that feels meaningful. I’ve worked in both public and private youth mental health services, held senior clinical roles, supervised and mentored staff, and contributed to university mental health education. This experience means I understand the challenges young people face and how to create support that really works.
I specialise in supporting young people experiencing depression, anxiety, early psychosis, and neurodivergence including autism and ADHD. I believe you deserve support that is tailored to your unique strengths, challenges, and goals, with respect for the way you experience the world.
My approach combines evidence-based occupational therapy with movement and adventure therapy, because your mental and physical wellbeing are closely connected. Together, we can create practical, effective strategies that fit your life, help you manage challenges, and support you to thrive.
