Whether it’s a structured fitness program, a gentle walk, or joining community activities, our focus is on making movement enjoyable, achievable, and meaningful for you. Sessions are tailored to your goals, abilities, and comfort level, while encouraging you to connect with others and your environment.

What qualifications do your movement support workers have?

All of our Personal Trainers hold a minimum of Certificate III and IV in Fitness, which is the industry standard for Personal Trainers in Australia.

Many also bring additional skills, qualifications, or experience in areas such as sports coaching, disability support, and other related fields.

Every movement support worker holds both a Disability Worker Screening Card and a Working with Children Check.

Which NDIS support categories can be used to access movement support?

Enable Health Co provides movement and community access support through the following NDIS categories:

  • Core Supports – Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation
    This includes help or supervision to engage in community, social, recreational, or economic activities. Supports can be delivered individually or in groups and may take place in the community or centres.

  • Capacity Building – Improved Health and Wellbeing
    Supports aimed at improving physical health and wellbeing, including personal training or exercise physiology designed to increase physical mobility and capacity.

  • Capacity Building – Increased Social and Community Participation
    Supports that develop skills for independence in community access, including mentoring, peer support, and assistance with life stages, transitions, and attending social activities.

What are the costs?

Enable Health Co follows NDIS pricing guidelines for all funded supports.

For mobile services, fees include appointment time, travel distance, and vehicle expenses based on your location.

If you’re an NDIS participant with approved funding for movement and community access support, sessions are covered under your plan.

We provide a full cost estimate during your initial appointment, and all fees are detailed clearly in your service agreement.

If you’re accessing services privately or outside NDIS funding, we can discuss payment options to suit your needs.
